Since July 2024, we have been triallingĀ SystmConnectĀ alongsideĀ AccuRxĀ to assess the best online triage system for our patients. After careful consideration and feedback, we have decided toĀ return to AccuRx as our primary triage system from 1st April.

You can continue to submit medical and administrative queries online via AccuRx, just as before.

You can continue to submit prescription requests viaĀ SystmOnlineĀ and theĀ NHS app.
