Since July 2024, we have been trialling SystmConnect alongside AccuRx to assess the best online triage system for our patients. After careful consideration and feedback, we have decided to return to AccuRx as our primary triage system from 1st April.

From 1st April, the online triage link on our website will be updated to AccuRx.

You can continue to submit medical and administrative queries online via AccuRx, just as before.

You can continue to submit prescription requests via SystmOnline and the NHS app.
