How do I use the online consultation service?

You are asked to complete a short online form. This is the quickest and simplest way for the majority of our patients to access or clinical team for assistance.

Our practice phone lines remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find difficulty completing this form.

When can I submit my requests?

You can submit your requests through this system  from 08.00 am until 13.00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays). When the practice is extremely busy this service is switched off earlier, however if your request is urgent please telephone the surgery.

All of our registered patients are asked to use this service and you can use the service if you are a parent or carer. Please note however, that we may need permission from the patient to discuss their medical information with you.

Please do not use this online form for emergency requests. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 in an emergency.

Nursing team appointments

Please note all appointments with our nursing team have remained the same and must be booked in advance.
